Ravioli: In honour of my grandma Fiorina. A family meal meant something special when ravioli was the first second or third course. It would have taken possibly two days to cook, and her sauce would have taken two hours to simmer. The ravioli were boiled in a huge aluminium sauce pan. Slightly dented. And i would eat till i was so full. But I would eat the next six courses with as much greed. I will never eat ravioli like my grandma's ever again.
